The smiths of destiny - Legality

I live in my own film.

I take legal matters very seriously.

First and foremost.

I am using my "project" names "Kovaci sudbine" & exactly the same English version "The smiths of destiny" since 2000/2001, online from yr 2006.

More recently, now in 2021 I opened Social media sites to expand / better present the existing idea and concept.

I simply had to succumb to this "mania". I wasn't too fond of it to be honest, but we will see how it all goes.

I saw in the passing few years that some really interesting people silently liked what I have written and now I decided to open the box wide open.

That was enough for me to see.

Further, if anyone should wonder, the name of the UK band "The Smiths" to the best of my old knowledge, coincidently ended in the name because when I wrote my song "Kovaci sudbine"

I have used Croatian word "Kovaci" which means precisely "The smiths" or the blacksmiths...

I guess that was also a part of Destiny.

Sure I was influenced by them, also.

I respect that ex UK band and their solo artists work. At least three that I know of about their solo careers.

Morrissey, (Maher)Marr and (O')Rourke.

The two - "that band and this project" shouldn't be connected in a bad or wrong way. Because such bad connection simply does not exist.

I never intend to earn points on other people's work, names, surnames, or similar. It simply isn't part of my personality.

If you happen to find out about what or whom my songs are, it may be true or equally - it may be false truth.

I usually don't plan or intend to reveal more than what is written.

I am simply not keen on earning points the wrong way.

I never copied anyone.

My song about plagiarism is a odd nod joke. Ode to a Rock and Roll.

I am now in fact little bit scared of how I "weirdly" said it at the time but I can't cry over a year ago spilled milk, can I?

Why would I deliberately copy anything? It is a "joker" song about inspiration, thankfulness, learning, personal growth and so on.

When I say inspiration...I in fact probably mean - influence.

If I ever used even the word others have used, I used it because I like it and / or, with that way I gave a silent respect (hat off) to those who used it before me. That's all.

***Logo is my own long hard sweaty work. From my head.

From all kinds of knowledge.

Never seen anything similar.

(Apart from when I already designed and finished it I later googled it and I found few somewhat possibly but not very similar printed warnings about poisonous chemicals and stuff. So I don't see a connection there at all.)

Logo has a meaning.

If you care to look for it.

The logo is at least one bit predestined I guess.

Now in 2021 I discovered even some more meanings that are inside which I didn't knew at all at the time I designed it.

Therefore it is all in there, for my project.

Some things are likely Predestined. Believe it or not.

I am so glad that it is.

I intend to use it forever. I think.

It is not for sale.

Therefore, always make your own logo.

Use your own brain.

The same goes for your business / artistic name.

Songs are my hard work.

This project started as a poetry. Inspired or influenced by my life and Rock music.

In my head I see it as a Rock band also. One man project or even in collaboration with more people.

Time will tell.

It shall expand in the similar direction - as the time, the will, health, money and support allows.

That includes Everything connected to Rock and Music, at least.

These ideas are very long time in my head.

(But I have even some other ideas. Possibly will connect them also...)

Do yourself a favor and make and paint your own life any hopefully positive way you like it - like I did.

In the end, it is only 'you' that you really have to be.

Not somebody else.

Because we are all unique.

Remember that.

I will update this in the future.

Too many things to do at the moment and too little time.

This is a fast version, for now.

Probably it has mistakes but...
